Mission Improbable made a winning return to the races over the weekend, capturing his first start of 2026 with a determined performance at Belmont at the Big A.
The 4-year-old settled off the pace through the early stages before being asked for his run in upper stretch. Showing plenty of determination, he rallied strongly down the lane and got up in time to win by a neck.
The victory was accompanied by a career-best 91 Equibase Speed Figure, signaling a strong start to the new season.
Owned by Storyteller Racing, Richard Reeder, Michael Schroeck, and Thomas Sherman, Mission Improbable was purchased by RB Bloodstock at the OBS March Sale and rewarded his connections with an impressive seasonal debut.
