Adam Marthaler – Assistant Trainer
Adam Marthaler is an experienced Thoroughbred trainer with a strong background in horse racing management and equine development. A 2005 graduate of the University of Minnesota – Crookston with a degree in Equine Industries Management, he gained hands-on industry experience through the Kentucky Equine Management Internship program in Sales, where he developed expertise in racehorse training, bloodstock operations, and stable management.


As Assistant Trainer at Brisset Racing, Adam plays a vital role in conditioning elite Thoroughbreds, ensuring each horse reaches peak performance through expert training techniques and daily care. His deep knowledge of equine performance, athletic conditioning, and racing strategy makes him an essential part of the team, contributing to the success of Brisset Racing’s training program.


Outside the barn, Adam enjoys outdoor sports, particularly pheasant hunting and shotgun competitions such as trap, skeet, and sporting clays. These activities fuel his competitive drive while allowing him to stay connected to nature. His dedication to the Thoroughbred racing industry and commitment to horse training excellence make him a key figure in Brisset Racing’s continued success.
