Brisset Thoroughbred Stable, helping manage its rapid growth. A lifelong entrepreneur, he thrives on new challenges and the thrill of the sport.
Stephen McKay brings a broad business background and long-standing passion for Thoroughbred racing to his role with Brisset Racing and RB Bloodstock.
Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Stephen built a diverse early career before spending many years in hospitality, sales, and business development. His professional experience includes leadership roles across several industries, as well as helping grow and expand successful businesses in both the United States and internationally.

Following a 23-year career in a fast-growing business environment, Stephen now applies his experience in operations, client service, and strategic growth to support R. Brisset Thoroughbred Racing Stables, LLC and RB Bloodstock LLC.
A long-time supporter and part-owner in many of the stable’s horses, Stephen works closely with Rodolphe and Brooke to support the continued growth of the racing, breeding, and bloodstock businesses while helping maintain a high level of owner experience and service.
